Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including misrepresenting your identity, age, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
888v accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits are processed in PKR. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888v's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
888v shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 888v has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
888v does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
